Bay Area Leadership serves the communities of Burlington and Hamilton by providing a learning experience that enhances leadership competencies across sectors. This community leadership program is outcome-driven. The goal of Bay Area Leadership is to create graduates who can effect postive community change. At the forefront of this program is Volunteer Hamilton, supported by a wide and diverse base of stakeholders and volunteers. The program stays relevant and on course for results due to continuous evaluation, the on-going support of the Burlington and Hamilton communities, and the graduates who navigate the bay area through to a bright future.
